Default How do you end your workout?

I finish off with 7-8 reps of cat-and-camel, rolling on the floor (got this idea, attributed to Tim Anderson, from Easy Strength) and the shavasana (the corpse asana). I find the shavasana to be really useful as it makes me feel limber (little or no body stiffness) after the workout and even on the day following. At least 3-5 mins of actual relaxation time seems to be necessary for me.

Stretching from the last exercise and finishing my workout drink. Unless it's leg day, then I'm lying on my back on the bed, fearing to throw up.

Thanks for reminding me about shavasana. Never tried it after a workout but it seems like a good concept.

3 per side of hip flexor stretches, (with ham stretches on the 'backswing'), 4 x 5 shoulder dislocates with wooden dowel alternating with prostretch calf stretch each leg, and then 3 x 10 overhead squats with dowel. Then shower and smoothie!
