    Well I think for tactical application the pull up wins, generally you can't use an underhand grip to hoist yourself over a wall. Just my opinion :P I agree about the perfect pull up by the way, I've never understood those things.

    In that way I can see that but I was referring to the application of exercise and fitness/health.
