    Try this workout & let me know how you do. Feel free to ask me questions.

    Circuit: 2 sets
    Fingertip Push ups - 25
    Cross Lateral V-ups - 15 each side
    Palm Heel Push ups - 25
    Side Crunches - 25 each side

    Circuit: 2 sets, 10 reps each side
    Lateral Hopping Swings, Bottoms up Swings

    Complex Circuit: 3 sets, 5 reps each side
    1 Arm Swing, Clean, High Pull & Snatch

    Circuit: 3 sets
    Single Rack, Front & Back Lunges: 5 reps each direction, each leg

    Sumo Squats: 20 reps

    Bridge Get ups: 2 sets, 3 reps each side
