I have several SFMA's that i am able to refer to in the area.

Start with being screened. could a lack of mobility and stability be part of your issue? If there is no pain during the FMS, you will not be referred out and maybe can start moving better. If not, at least you have a standard test to move forward from.

In my own life, I am recovering from a back injury that occurred a year ago. If not for FMS, RKC and Primal Move, I would still be in pain with no improvement. the injury started out as a lack of ankle mobility...
The PT I'm seeing now did a FMS screen. She was obviously pretty new to it as she had a cheat sheet with her. But she said I passed. There was some minor imperfections, but nothing big.

Now she tells me just to work though the discomfort and get used to a "new normal." That sounds like someone who doesn't what to do BS'ing me.

I don't have the numbers. I can ask. I see her next on Monday.
