    Default Weighted Pistol PR

    Hi,

Just hit this double on each leg with the 32KG on the 20th day of the 40-day workout. Probably had at least 1-2 more in me on each leg. I'm feeling better about this than a vid I posted a couple weeks back on the double KB FS. Appreciate the advice given then and the guidance I've found in the ebook of "Beast Tamer." I'm hoping to pistol the 44KG in March and for certain will hit the 40KG then. The press and pull-up are a long way off, but hey, one thing at a time with a narrow focus, right? Best wishes in training everyone.

Nice depth! I would start working on some of the other techniques as well in a Grease the Groove fashion. For the Pull-up, try some weighted static hangs to help develop the strength at the top of your Pull-up. Static holds for the Press are also good. The Nuero Mass training book has some great Press training methods.

    Good Luck!

Thank you Phil for the advice. I was interested in Neuro Mass and will definitely buy a copy with your recommendation in mind.
