I work away from home for 3 weeks at a time. While away no equipment is provided so I'm starting convict conditioning. My plan consists of rotating M,W,F
A. Pushup and leg raise
B. Pullup and squats
My schedule at work is 6 hours on 6 hours off so sleep is a must when I can. Would it be beneficial split up each part of the workout at different times of the day, like maybe whenever I wake up to get ready to work? Then I could focus more on diet and rest which I figure is more important considering my work schedule and the fact that my job involves physical labor also. Any input would be appreciated
