    Default Fun & Different Bodyweight Workout

    Jump Rope for 5 minutes

    Solid Bottom to Top Stretch
    Neck Exercises


    Segment 1:
    Do each exercise for 1 minute & each 3 times (9 minutes total)
    Plyo Boxes
    Jump Rope
    Bear Crawls with Cones


    3 minute rest


    5 minutes of the following:
    Handstands
    Squats
    Pull-ups
    Bridges
    Push-ups
    Abs

    Looks good. Got to start getting back to doing some cardio (was a bit winded from doing some stuff that, though decently intense, is something I used to be able to do a lot more of).

    I personally get most of my cardio in during my martial arts training, but not all of my Kettlebell Students do the Arts. So, I mix it up in classes and have at least one pure Bodyweight session per week. I do mix quite a bit of BW in a good deal of my classes as a general rule.
