    Default My full body kettlebell routine

    It will be Monday Wednesday Friday,

    1. double clean and press 5x5
    2. Double floor press 5x5
    3. Double bent over rows 5x5
    4. Double front squat 5x5
    5. Double swings 5x5

    is it too much and does it cover all movements? Thanks!

    What are your goals?

    If you are after general fitness, I would drop the floor press for the pullup. I would also do 5x10 swings.

    Having said that, it goes back to what are your goals?
