So over the last two weeks I've been studying excessively on Pavel's book Super Joints. I've only been really studying part one of the book and leaving the second part probably for next week as I have 2 months off work. My question is concerning the join mobility tests, in the book he illustrates a few tests to check are the joints mobile enough. Do you/ye think that the joint mobility drills and workout routines in Part one or sufficient enough for someone to meet all of the joint mobility requirements or do you think for some of them would require some routines from part two of the book.

I'm only minorly failing on a few of the joint mobility tests and I've been doing the part one drills for about a month. I find all the drills easy apart from the crossak and split switches are a bit difficult but managable.

Thanks in advance guys,
