I seem to be having difficulty getting some reps under my belt for Uneven Chinups. I started with regular chinups in March 2014 and progressed to Uneven Chinups in May. I worked on them until December. Now I do them with the goal of 2x3 for Uneven one and then do a burnout set of close grip I usually get about 10 reps on that set.

The problem is that I don't seem to be making progress week to week. I could probably do 3x10 close grip. Is Uneven really that much harder?
