Default Books on Chain-Breaking or Steel-Bending?

Hey, everyone. I think I posted this a while back, but figured I'd try again. Does anyone know of "how-to" books on breaking chains or bending steel? I'm looking for stuff that gets into things like toughening & protecting your hands, what kinds of exercising to do, when to stop, and considerations for actually doing these things.

Is there anything on doing general feats of strength? I know a few things on stone lifting (from Of Stones & Strength by Steve Jeck) & some grip-related things from the John Brookfield manuals, but can't find much of anything on doing chain-breaking or steel-bending.

Try straighttothebar.com and click on feats. Shows the feats and how to do them, and how to prepare.

you could google books on bending nails, returns a wealth of sites and their offerings.

    Good Luck.

Here is a link to a great resource from Jedd Johnson (a certified IronMind Red Nail bender) The Diesel Crew's Bending Manual

All you need to know about bending steel.
