Hi everyone, I think I need a little guidance if you can help.

I've been having great results following a fully body workout every 2 days. I used two different workouts to try and avoid overuse issues and it seemed to work well, although I think that was over cautious honestly. I also wittled it down to 4 main moves each day with a little accessory work at the end. I was/am doing...

A: push ups, weighted dips, pistol squats, muscle up work
B: Weighted pull ups, pike push ups, jumps, front lever work

But I think now in all honesty that a little more focus is the way to go. I was going to cut out all the fluff and just do this every 48 hours...

Handstand push ups, weighted pull ups, push ups, front lever or muscle up practice, weighted pistol squats. Then accessory/mobility work...

If I was going to do this do I need to use periodisation? Like... 1 month 3-6 reps, 1 month 8-15 reps? I was going to do periodisation every other workout, but I think it might be better to focus on heavy/light resistance for a month straight instead, which do you think would be better for me now?

To give you an idea of where I am... I have my 1RM on pull ups at +52% of my bodyweight, OAPU's are at the stage where I can comfortably control negatives and do perfect assisted reps with a ball, Pike push ups are in a perfect 90' angle with full ROM on parallettes with one leg loaded above for 6 reps. Actually, speaking of which... since a one arm pull up is a long term goal of mine should I start mixing up my weighted work with negatives and assisted work now? Or is it too early?

Sorry for the long post, I hope it's clear.
