Thank you for the advice. Any questions I should ask, to "weed out" the bad ones?
Also, should I stop my CC all together, or just the squat one(s)
I tried some gentle push ups and leg lifts last Thursday, just to see if it would increase my back pain. Didn't seem to make my back worse, but didn't make it feel better, either.
Right now I'm at
- full pushup
- frog leg lifts
- jack knife pull up
- unbalanced squat on floor (I can't do unbalanced squat on a ball yet, so I'm still doing it on basically a piece of paper).
