Thank you for the advice. Any questions I should ask, to "weed out" the bad ones?

Also, should I stop my CC all together, or just the squat one(s)
I tried some gentle push ups and leg lifts last Thursday, just to see if it would increase my back pain. Didn't seem to make my back worse, but didn't make it feel better, either.

    Right now I'm at
    - full pushup
    - frog leg lifts
    - jack knife pull up
    - unbalanced squat on floor (I can't do unbalanced squat on a ball yet, so I'm still doing it on basically a piece of paper).

Here is what I tell my students, "If it hurts, don't do it."
If you find a Chiropractor that is SFMA and one of the soft tissue modalities, you should be good to go with them.

I tried one, very slow, controlled close squat, got a twinge in my back, and decided, " Maybe a few more days off." ^_^

    SFMA. OK. Thanks for that.
