I came across Strong Medicine. I've read around on it as much as I could and checked out the forum as well as the blog posts on it. Would anyone be willing to tell me some very basic couple of components before I make the investment? What have been your benefits from following the Strong Medicine recommendations?

-Nutrition: Is this a higher fat/lower carb approach? I've followed a ketogenic diet (30 net carbs a day) in the past but it ended making me miserable and too restrictive.

-Exercise: I am already following a plan to prep for RKC I (November 2017!).

-Heart Rate measurements?
