    Default Diastasis recti treatment

No personal experience with this but it was developed and tested by an OB/GYN
Dr. Geeta Sharma, OB-GYN, Weill-Cornell Medical Center
Decked out in purple yoga pants and leather cowboy boots, Keller is a personal trainer from New York City. She has developed an exercise that allegedly shrinks the mommy pooch.

Nauli, more suction up and back using diaphragm while I am quite sure is contract abs with emphasis on obliques. Instructions not so well worded since everyone needs different verbal cues to learn things. But the key is the need to pull the separated sections of the abdominal muscles back together in lateral direction --> gap <--
