    Default Details on Fingertip Push-Ups?

Hey, everyone. Was wondering if I could get some exact details on doing fingertip push-ups & when I should stop? I'm noticing it feels different when my thumb & pinky are across from each other side-to-side (ex: one's "East" & the other's "West").

I have no "good" answer except for sure, stop before it hurts!

I remember hearing that you're supposed to do them with your hands clawed (on the points of your fingers & those fingers bent).

Yes. Done this way it will strengthen all the little grip muscles in your hands. Done the way I have seen that makes me cringe, with hyper-extension of finger joints just makes the joint structure slack and weak over time.
