    Default Pavel Tsatsouline

I very sorry Pavel & Mr Du Cane parted ways. History I think will show POWER TO THE PEOPLE is probably the greatest strength / bodybuilding book ever written as it relates to one basic tool (the Olympic barbell) producing huge results. I really wish Pavel could put scientific acheivement ahead of profit. Thanks to Pavel I'll be DL'ing for the rest of my life... For low reps & never to failure nor wearing a belt or using straps.

PT is a business man. He has embraced Capitalism and is now a proud American business man. His books are very good and I read often. I attribute most of my success in my training to him and his methods...Dennis

Well.. He's a far better trainer than business man. Du Cane is to Pavel what Col Tom Parker was to Elvis. < That's a damn good comparison. Strong First is going to prove a big mistake on Pavel's part. I'm sticking with Du Cane. Exercise isn't artistry and Pavel is no Elvis Presley. Without Parker EP would have never been 1/10th of what he was.

I agree PT is a great trainer and coach. I wish I lived next door to him. But he did make a business decision for good or bad. I do not know what prompted the breakup of the partnership. Not my business to know. This happens all the time and you move on...Dennis

Now I'm curious - Why do you think Strong First is a mistake? Although this might not be an appropriate place to ask this question.

Because as I said Pavel is a trainer NOT a business man. It's just like Glen Frey, David Lee Roth, Vince Neil, Stephen Pearcy.. All beleived their own BS. Pavel is no different.

Hopefully he has someone running the business that knows that side of things.

Maybe Pavel & DuCane just got lucky w/ PTTP? PTTP PROFESSIONAL was a huge flop IMO.
