    Default Less weight Better results

    As contradictory as it sounds my own results have dramatically increased following Pavel's advice of NOT using a belt or grip aids such as straps or hooks. Even though this has reduced my poundages it has increased my muscular size.

    I have yet to find a single point where PTTP is wrong.

    The speed my grip & abs have adapted to 100% natural lifting has amazed me. It's must be very frustrating for Pavel Tsatsouline to know the odds of ever writing anything close to PTTP are far beyond slim. What little he got wrong in PTTP is so minor it wouldn't even be worth mentioning.

    I also have cycled in the Pttp program on occassion. Simple and to the point bare essentials minimilistic strength training. End of story. It works! I give it a 10 out 10 - out of the ballpark homerun....Dennis

    I got too greedy and moved up 10lbs today.... yet I I still got 5 with no problem. I think I'm gonna take two days off.
