    Question Using Stronglifts schedule for Convict conditioning program ?

    Hi !
    Will it be effective to use 5x5 stronglifts schedule for convict conditioning program ? i.e.
    3x a week
    Workout A: squats 5sets Pull ups 5sets Push ups 5x
    Workout B: squats 5x Pull ups 5x Handstands 5x
    And just cycling them every week
    *Hanging leg raises once a week

    Well, you would get some results, but far less effective than if you followed the CC program itself.
