    Default Dumb Question about deadlifts

How is the best way to mix the two? I feel between the two you get all you will ever need regardless of goals.

I have read two weeks doing bells, two weeks doing a PTTP with deadlifts, rince and repeat. Is that the best way?

Goals, Fat loss (about 35lbs), get healthier esp heart wise, but I want to get stronger to get back into doing some light sports. (at 40+ light is as rough as I am going )

What's the other one? Deadlifts is one.....

For heart health, diet first! then easy, gentle cardio fairly frequently over time. For fat loss, diet is first!!! I whole foods only, no junk, no alcohol, lots and lots of veg.... And any and all exercise/movement.
