Default Hey Pav, coachand the rest of the party , Bodyweight circuit training ???...

Hey guys whats up ? I haven't been around much lately as I have been training new recruits for the army (north of the border). I am doing almost all bodyweight circuit training. Good stuff i tell ya ! Funny thing, my shoulders are growing into canons since I have been doing all squats, hanging leg raises, pull and chin ups, push ups and dips. Anyways here goes...
    (1) I am using this routine 3-4 days a week, has anybody tried anything more ?
    (2) If doing high rep squats on circuit days, do you think doing wind sprints or hill runs on my other days would be over training my legs (I don't give a rats foot about size, just need to be a super soldier)
    (3) Anybody else got any ideas on this besides splicing in kettle bell drills ?
    See ya, au revoir, Rick.

Here's a "simple" one that will get your attention in a hurry.
    1 minute rope skippimg
    10 pushups
    5 pullups
1 minute rope skipping and so on for 10 rounds if possible. If you get to a point where you can't do the pullups switch to chins.

    Enjoy the pain

    Monsieur Com. Rick:

    (1) I am using this routine 3-4 days a week, has anybody tried anything more ? -GO AHEAD BUT CYCLE
    (2) If doing high rep squats on circuit days, do you think doing wind sprints or hill runs on my other days would be over training my legs (I don't give a rats foot about size, just need to be a super soldier) -SAME AS ABOVE
    (3) Anybody else got any ideas on this besides splicing in kettle bell drills ? SEARCH THE ARCHIVES AND READ RKC, SOLDIER.
