Default Question about combining PTP and Bear

I just got done reading PTP and was planning on starting the strength routine 5 days a week. My main focus is increasing my strength, but I also would'nt mind adding 10 to 15 pounds of muscle. So my question is what is the best way to do this? Doing cycles of PTP then switch to cycles of Bear? And if so how many of each? Any ideas would be much obliged.

Com. # five, welcome to the Party! Start with the reg. PTP, a cycle later add the bear to one exercise, then rotate.

    Default One more question.

Thanks for the advise, I'll be sure to keep the party posted on my progress. One more question. So it will be alright to do one lift bear style 5 days a week?

Com. # five, no, you will burn out. PTP up to 5 days a week; the bear about twice, max three if you have adapted to it.
