    Default Question from a new guy.

    When doing the bear routine are you supposed to rest 3-5 mins in between your 100% and 90% set, then go onto 30-90 secs of rest after the 90% and between all the 80% sets? Or is it 30-90 between all the sets?

    Default The first one you listed is Better, IMHO

    You could also take a long rest after the 90% and before starting all the 80% sets - that's what I'd do. Complete recovery from both the initial sets is important.
