And I don't even wear a jock. Just shorts with built in support. The painful rash is located on the sides of the equipment, where a jock would meet skin at the crooks of the leg. I've tried vasoline type products to no avail. Washing several times a day doesn't help anymore than once a day.
It's worse when I run or walk which I do almost every day, but seldom more than 30 minutes.
Any advice. How about talcum powder?
