    Default KB Exercise Idea

    To all comrades, I found a great idea for a KB exercise on Danny John's site. It's called the waiter's walk and it's the same idea as a one arm farmer's walk except instead of holding the weight at thigh level you hold it locked out overhead. You can do it with a DB, KB or olympic bar. Enjoy the pain, but if you drop the weight on your head or toes, don't blame me!

    Com. Alphabet, it is danjohn.org. The main page has a bunch of religious education stuff on it that you may or may not be interested in. Scroll down to find the links for the training and diet pages. There is a lot of great info, mainly geared toward olympic lifting and throwing events, but interesting to anyone who trains for stength, all presented with great enthusiasm and spirit. Check it out.
