To all comrades, I found a great idea for a KB exercise on Danny John's site. It's called the waiter's walk and it's the same idea as a one arm farmer's walk except instead of holding the weight at thigh level you hold it locked out overhead. You can do it with a DB, KB or olympic bar. Enjoy the pain, but if you drop the weight on your head or toes, don't blame me!
