Default Com. Pavel - Russian Navy Pentathlon?

Com. Pavel - you asked me to repost this question after July 10th. Here it is:

In your RKC book (page 19?) you mentioned that the one-armed KB snatch was one of the formal events of the Russian Navy Pentathlon. My curiosity is killing me! What are the other four events? Thanks

Com. Pavel - What's the "L-Seat"? Is it an ab exercise? Is the Navy Pentathlon similar to the "Master of Sports" ratings - i.e. do they publish a table of standards that sailors attempt to beat, or do the sailors compete against each other? If there is a table of standards, is this something that you plan on publishing? Thanks as always for answering these questions!

Com. Omar, sorry, I do not remember the standards and cannot find them. Yes, the L-seat is just holding your legs straight out in teh air while your straight arms support your weight.
