I know Pavel suggests adding DLs or heavy snatches to the NW workout. My routine has been to do (after the NW exercises) one or two sets of pullups (weighted sometimes, usually just bodyweight), then a set or two of KB side presses, and then since I'm trying to do some fat burning work, I do high rep work (one minute intervals) with the one pood in this sequence: swings - snatches - jerks then repeat the sequence. I put one minute of rest between each set of one minute work and will go about 20 minutes or so (including rest intervals). Opinions & suggestions are welcomed. Should I do away with the pullups or sidepresses and do DLs instead ? Thanks for all input in advance.
