I've recently read an interview with Jimmy Pellechia performed by Mike Mahler.
I think that this guy has an interesting point of view on strength training.
Does anyone know how he trains?How does his training routines look like?
He does power curls with 150 lbs dumbbells.That's insaine.I heard that he was
a stone mason.It explains why he has very strong arms.
