Arthur Jones said that this excercise is the upper body squat.
I tried them yesterday and today I'm sore, but I have a problem, I feel sore
in the chest area only.How can I make pullovers work my lats harder.Can something like this work to burn my lats:

I do pullups immediately after my set of pullovers.
