    Default The Rock-Up Challenge

    in these days isn't easy: the snow here in Northern Italy has took out my old injuries. Pain in the lower back, in my left knee, and last, but not least, my right shoulder. Years of powerlifting with poor warm-ups are a boomerang, trust me. By the way, after a certain lay-off, I started sunday morn with some rock-ups..a total of 25 sets. It's good, makes me sweat, and the overall conditioning effect is total! I tried it with all the kb. Even the 32kg! But the best one I tried is the following:
    ONE ARM ROCK-UPS
    it takes a good sense of balance and an extra pound of attention, but on high reps is a good killer. Right after I'll reach some good number, if any body is interested, i could post an article.
