I was at work today, and I thought it might be worthwhile to try swinging my adjustable kettlebell with a stiff pair of boots on for the hell of it. When I got home, I put on my snowboard boots and did my current routine of two arm swings in sets of 50, 40, 30, 20 and then 10. I only have one word to say: intense. I felt tension in my legs throughout the whole session; and it felt as though I was doing everything right. Now that it's all over, I feel as though I've done myself some good and I'm looking forward to tommorow's session. I was wondering if I could get some opinions on this practice I thought of today?
