    Default Advice is strongly required!!!!!

    It is going to be a bad habit for me: after i start any good program of kb only training, or in the left or in the right arm, I develop an inflammation in the long head of the bicep, that i can recognize as the typical "shoulder pain", that anyway doesn't depend from the shoulders.
    Stretching doesn't solve the problem at all, apart when I was doing it with a jumpstretch band. BY THE WAY, any good advice for this 40 years young gyrewik is strongly required, and warmly accepted.

    Waht are your training programs,injury history,workout history,weight of kb's you are using,volume of training.Good answers require good data....let us know,zachariah salazar
