In these last times I've been involved in special requests from Rugby athletes who were in search not only to improve their Active portion of perfoformance, but as well to compensate the Counter- Action by as specific as opposite exercises. The first active and counteractive combo that came to my mind was of course Snatch and TGU, and in these days I'm dealing well with 2 heavy KB Swings and the standing evil wheel. I would be very interested in receiveng any further and possible combo from your direct experience both for balistic and grind exercises.
