The comptetitive luge season is in full swing!

I have developed new drill that has really helped increase the strength of my inner thigh muscles. It's really helping me control the luge with more precision than ever!

It's like this--I sit down and I put a 1 pood kb between my feet and push them hard together. Then I lean back and elevate my feet, keeping the 'bell crushed between them! I do after my runs on the ice and go for time-- I try to do 30 sec holds 3-5 times. Pretty soon I will move up to the 1.5 pood!
