1. After doing squats, I feel it more in my hams than my quads. Stance is a little wider than shoulders, tighten body, curl toes, decend then drive upwards off of heels. Quads at bottom are paralel or a little deeper. 2.Is it better to feel the muscle contract or not? Example When I do bb curls (4-5 sets), when I get to 4th or 5th sets I can't feel the muscle contract. Should I go to a lighter weight to feel the muscle or should I call it quits? Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.
