    Default Suggestions for pre-Muay Thai training exercises etc.

    I train Muay Thai 2-3 days a week and normally get there about 30 minutes prior to class. So I have been doing some KB work. I also train BJJ 2-3 days a week but dont have any KB's at my BJJ gym. What type of routine would you guys suggest prior to my Muay Thai workout? It really gasses me so I was considering low rep stuff. I have a 1, 1.5, and 2 pood KB at the gym where I train Thai.

    I'm doing this routine for Muay Thai right now.

    -snatches 1 x 10 each side (warm-up)
    -crossover snatches 2x5 each side
    -dead hang snatches 2x5 each side
    -double military press 1x5
    -double sots press 1x5
    -pistols 1x3 each side
    -front squat into push press 2x5
    -pull-ups 2 x max

    crossover snatches = snatch with your left hand, but with the KB outside your right foot; reverse foot position with other hand
