    Default Tennis elbow, kettlebells, Z-Health, and Steve Maxwell

    I have been experiencing pain in my right elbow for several weeks now. I have been following the ROP with the 24kg kettlebell. After doing a quick search on this forum I found the following post by Steve Maxwell:

    I am going to follow his advice. I just received my Z-Health R-Phase package a week or so ago, so I am doing that as well. I do have Maxwell's joint mobility dvd as well. My question is: how do I put all of this together?

    I figure c&p's and pull-ups aren't so good for my elbow, but what about swings?

    Any tips would be greatly appreciated, especially by those familiar with Z-Health.
