    Default What are your goals for 2007?

    My biggest goal is to side press my bodyweight and 100 double 24kg snatches in ten minutes by June, 25 (my twenty-first birthday). Beyond this, you have a Beast pistol and one-arm pullup.

    Default What are your goals for 2007?

    My goals for 2007 are to strictly military press the 32kg kb with my left, eventually pressing for 5 reps with each arm and to run half a marathon at the end of March.

    Default Progress towards raw elite PL total...

    Making progress toward Raw Elite total for 181lb class - 1396# total
    (raw = belt only)
    Currently:
    Squat - (i'll know in a couple of weeks) - needs to be 500+

    Bench - currently - 300ish - needs to be 350

    DL - currently 540 - needs to be 550+

    Other goals include deepening my yoga practice and movement skills.

    Default I'm wary of making specific goals, but...

    Getting my deadlift into the 400's, and putting my bodyweight overhead, would be valid. Also just "improve" my bending, and certainly flexibility.

    Default What are your goals for 2007?

    Number one goal is a 500lb deadlift (currently 415), once I reach that it's on to a 3x BW (currently 200lb -- hoping to lose some fat)

    Second goal is a BW bent press. Just getting serious about the lift. Improved from 90lb to 110lb in a few short weeks. This goal may be a bit lofty, but I'll be happy if I'm in the mid to upper 100's. If I don't reach a BW bent press, I'll at least hit a BW two hands anyhow. Nobody will ever touch Saxon, but I hope to join him in the 300lb club one day.

    Just bought my first cast iron kettlebell (2 pood). No specific goals yet, but my goal is to make some serious gains in my kettlebell lifting.

    100 mi Bike ride max so far, 40
    2xBodyweight deadlift 5rm now 150
    100 lb side press 5rm now 45
    SSSST completion

    BW = 175

    As a newbie, master all movements and emphasise those which will help my Aikido, and tempted to train to do 20 pullups with 16kg k.b.
