PTTP cycle of eight workouts with 5,3,2 ended well. At Bench I started too heavy but for deadlift I was able to jump from 325 lbs last week to 365 lbs today. I use the four steps forward and three steps back linear wave cycle.

I'm considering starting 3 to 5 next week for a three month cycle.
  2. Excellent. After reading RTK, I've been working on my rack, too. I did so much GS training for a while that it became my standard rack, and a better-racked clean has also been helping my pressing.

I am going to start a cycle with the 54321 style.
I do SP instead of BP.
In your experience, have you ever used SP in this style?
    If so, what set/rep scheme?
I'm not asking to be told what to do, but advice is always good.
