1.Two-arm swing, 30 seconds; left-arm swing, 30 seconds; right-arm swing, 30 seconds; alternating swing, 30 seconds.
2.Swings (any variation) for one minute, rest for one minute. Build up to five rounds.
I did 1 round 2 arm, 1 left, 1 right, 1 alternates, finish with another 1 round 2 arm.
Then I died!! lol

Spent morning gardening - strimming and mowing lawn. every 5 or 10 mins I would do like 5 swings or a couple of snatches or so. Then lunch with inlaws (sigh) then swimming with No 1 son for 40 mins.
Real workout started after kids went to bed.
Well, I'm really only on my learning the techniques bit really but whatever.
