365x1-No grinding; the weight went up without much effort.
385x1-As with 365, the weight went up without much grinding. It was much easier than when I attempted 380 back in January.
405x1-Nope; I didn't even get it off the ground. I felt great after 385; I didn't grind much. Therefore, I jumped the gun; I went up too high in weight. I should have attempted 390 or 395; only a 5-10...
