  1. I am still trying to get to 100 reps on pushups. Doing them the way I explained has saved my shoulder from further injury. At times I have to back off the training because I sense an injury just around the bend. I train at the CC tempo, and test at a bit faster tempo - but still keep the shoulder packed and "spread the floor". I can now do around 45-50 reps at a somewhat slow tempo and around 60 when I am just dropping and popping them..hehe!..Dennis
