I have just completed re-reading Pavel's ENTER THE KETTLEBELL and watched the DVD again for about the 5th time. It's funny how you can allways pick out things that did not register before but now stand out in bold relief. For instance when Pavel discusses PRESSING a KB he discribes it as pushing yourself away from the KB instead of just lifting it. Also he suggests that you wedge yourself between the KB and the ground. Tomorrow is my HVY Day and I will try these approaches along with contracting my LATS when I do C/P's. I am still in re-hab mode with regards to my left shoulder (getting better), and these principles should help out my shoulder probs.
