26 lb KB, 2 times through circuit

40 2-arm swings
5 MP each arm
15 one-leg deadlifts each leg
10 snatches each arm
10 deep squats
10 push-ups
3 windmills each side
30 one-arm swings 2x each arm before switching
3 TGU each side

rolling crunches - 15 each direction
power crunches - 15
rolling crunches - 10 each direction

25 2-arm swings
5 windmills each side

30 1-arm swings alt. arms
12 squats (arm overhead one set, racked one set, ducking one set)
5 MP each arm
12 one-leg deadlifts each leg
12 suitcase squats each leg
25 2-arm swings

rolling crunches - 15 each direction
power crunches - 15
