Pull ups:1 (6,5,4,3,2) increasing the lowest rung by one each day (Fighter Pull Up Program by Pavel) with rest day on the day before the new max will be achieved

with a 20-pounder, just finished:
5 (1,2,3,4,5) ladders
10 get ups per side
230 swings in 9 minutes
