Sn: 24kg, 1:00 on, 0:10 off, 22 reps per min.
Completed all rounds to standard, but I was totally smoked. Do this for at least two more workouts, then take the SSST.

Tuesday Easy
CP/PU: 5 ladders 2-4 with the 32kg/PU - 6,5,5,4,3
Sn: OTM with 24kg, 13L for the first 4 sets, 13 right for the next, total: 8 minutes

Sunday Hard
CP/PU: 5 Ladders 1-3 with the 36kg (I really felt a lot of pressure in my low back during the left handed press, I ended up doing mostly push presses, I think my time would be best spent pressing the 32kg still!)
Sw: 9 rounds of OTM swings 18-21 swings per round with the 36kg (I could still use the 32kg for this and get great results)
CP/PU: 5 Ladders 1-3 with the 36kg (I really felt a lot of pressure in my low back during the left handed press, I ended up doing mostly push presses, I think my time would be best spent pressing the 32kg still!)
