by brandonnugent on 06-20-2011 at 08:41 AM

VWC - Progress

by brandonnugent on 02-06-2011 at 05:54 PM
After finishing 80 sets of 8 with the 16kg, and sticking with it for a bit, I decided to venture into the land of the 'heavier'.

Just Pressed a Personal Best

by brandonnugent on 01-20-2011 at 06:23 AM
32kg went up like a 16kg on the right side

Failed on the left.

Tried again 10 minutes later.

Right went up,

PTTP! and VWC. Sweet.

It's not a huge weight, but for me, trying to get anything to trend up with the overhead press has been close to joke-worthy.

145 lbs in the air!

And in other news, my deadlift is coming back up.
