2 Hand Swing 1 x 10 /32kg warmup
Snatch 3 x 10 l/r w/32kg
Dbl Squat 3 x 5 w/32kgs

Next week will bump ballistics up to 12 reps. will start to add one exercise to each day. I do not plan on going over 4 work exercises a workout.

It was well past the time for me to head back into the strength endurance side of KB's. I always try to go as heavy as I can. I am still headed to Beast Pressing, but would also like to hit the Ultimate Snatch test with at least 150.

Time to use the log again. I have done 3 x 3 for about 6 weeks. I like it for the strength gain, but miss the combat Conditioning. So:
Joint Mobility x 5 min
Swings 2 x 10 w/32kg
snatch 3 x 10 l,r, w/32kg
renegade man maker 1 x 5, 1 x 4, 1 x 3 need to work on this one.
Relax into Stretch
I love the Renegade Man Maker. It adds a great amount of explosiveness and strength
