I have been unable to train due to the Achilles problem I have. I still have to wear the boot, but I cannot stand it any longer. Today I took off the boot and I am starting the ROP again. I took it easy and felt no pain what so ever. I did not do the C&P ladders today, but will start again on WED.
Rolled the dice a fat 12 today.
Snatches 70 / 12min.
