I was out all weekend and had very little sleep and my body was telling me to take it a little easier today, so I did. My left shoulder started to bother me again so I'm going to take a break from lifting weights for a week or so and just relax.

Windmill 32kgx3x1 l,r

Today I did the snatches with only a minute rest between sets and it was great. Every single rep went up very smoothly. I can definitely feel an improvement since last month on these.
